Safe access to the backcountry is essential to not only our resource industry but to all those who hike, ride, fish, hunt and adventure in the Kootenays. Since 2012 our professional team of foresters, resource engineers and biologists have been working with the forest industry to build roads and bridges that get truckers, equipment operators and recreationists into and out of the backcountry safely, while also working to protect and preserve the ecosystems that are vital to our way of life.
